And not just dripping, it's like a waterfall... It comes out of the air vent next to my passanger sides feet. I have a 2007 mustang v6.
What's wrong? It has been raining today... It's happened twice when I've turned on the air conditioning

What Paul said.
Find the drain hose and clear it with a clothes hanger or something this is going to continue until that a/c drain pan is cleaned.
For the cost of doing that you're probably going to be using a lot of hangers.

Something is clogged. We had a similar problem in our Mercedes Sprinter and took it in and the our mechanic said there was something clogged. I forget what it was

Is the water 'water'. If it is coolant (green, or pink and kind of slimy) your heater core could be leaking.
