Water in Rear Quarter Panel

My Right Rear Quarter Panel has decided to take on a reserve supply of water. I've checked all the drains and as far as I can tell they are clean and clear of debris.

So once it drains out how do I prevent it from coming back in?

Well you need to figure out first where the water is getting in.If it was me, I would
try took check all the window rubber seals first. If I could not find the cause,I
might considered drilling more holes for the water to drain out.Maybe do a web search
as possibly someone has had this same problem.Good luck!!

I guess it could be coming in through the rear window, but it is a convertible.

I was alsowondering if anyone else has had this issue and what they've done to fix it.

An update: I lowered the top and found 1/2 inch of water in there took my Rigid Wet/Dry and sucked out along with acorns, and pine needles galore. When I finally got the holes free, I tested it out by running water along the side all drains are working and panel isnt filling up with water.
