If you call up the Bama team at American Muscle, provide them with a list of your mods, and buy the Tuner they'll set you up good.
That said, the more information you can provide the better the tune will be for your car. Some dudes say forget it and run their stock tunes rather then flash the ECU, but if you really want to get the best out of the car you'll need to know what mods, exactly, have been bolted on. I'm a little surprised you bought a car, modded, without knowing exactly what's been done to it.
Get your car up on a lift, or jackstands, pop the hood, and start crawling around inside and under your car. Most of the modded bits should stand out. Take pictures if you're not sure and post 'em here... got some smart gear-guys here who could help from that front.
