Exclamation Power Lock problems

Hey everyone I'm a new member but not new to the forum i have a problem for you all and need help during the winter my power locks on my 2009 V6 pony stopped working and I've checked all my fuses and there was no water on the bottom of the passenger foot area. Anyone have any idea as to what the hell is going on?? Also my reverse lights stopped working as well is this related or is it a completely different problem? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.
This problem(s) has been a nightmare for me

Disconnect the negative terminal of your battery for half an hour then plug it back in. Try it after that.

It didn't work any suggestions? Would changing the battery affect it cuz my old one died and I picked up one at auto zone has a stronger crank charge value

Could be a possibility. I'd consider charging the battery before getting a new one.

Yeah I would try charging the battery for as long as possible then give it another go.
