Stock Airbox

With the CAI, limited space, and no real desire to hang on to the stock airbox from my S197 V6, I was thinking I'd sell it.

Great shape, clean and cleaned - what's it worth? Any help?

No way to take that the wrong way man.

I honestly kind of figured.

We have a bid of $1. Thats ONE DOLLAR bid.

Do we have a buck fifty? Fifty cents, people, and this slightly used piece of OEM history can be yours for taking. C'mon people - this is contemporary Ford, just the kind of thing you can put on your mantle; a real conversation starter.

Am I bid a dollar and a half?

Anyone?

... anyone?

Tell you what, give me $19.95 and I will allow you to ship it to me!

Honestly like slowsix said, if you have somewhere to store it you might be best served to save till you decide to sell you car so you can return it to stock, a CAI will draw some interest vs the stick box.

Or, get rid of it and then, when I do sell it, get a replacement for about a buck at a junkers? I mean, we're not talking about a rare, hard to find part here. And at best, 3 years for this one.

I appreciate the advice guys!

Garage?

What am I? Some kind of rich American with your giant roads, super-sized drive ways and mansions. Up here in Canada we're lucky if we can find a clear space to park it on the ice, between all the dog-sleds. Besides, have you ever built an igloo? An igloo garage? That's crazy talk.

... then again, I may have some massive misconceptions about America... and Canada.
