Try the new salesman at the local Ford Dealer. He can even make your V6 turn into a Shelby GT.

It will be more than 3g for the engine alone.

Do a trade in haha not worth the money to do a swap. If you mean to beat a 5.0 then that's something anyone on these forums can help you with

Tuner, CAI, full exhaust, address spark, and suspension, and drivetrain and wheels an tires....you still won't beat a 5.0 but you'll be way faster than stock

Making your 6 faster than a new gt isn't gonna happen without a lot of money and work. Trade it for a gt.

Not gonna happen without at least 10k in an engine and drivetrain swap/build and forced induction.

This dude sounds like a troll....your 4.0 isn't going to run with those cars your mentioning unless you did some SERIOUS engine work.

Well don't bash the guy yet. He may just not know too much about these cars so give it time he may learn.

I wouldnt do it just trade up for the 5.0 cuz to get the power you want out of the 4.0l isn't gunna be cheap an I don't know alot about the 4.0ls but I'm guess there probly only good for 500fwhp?? but thats a guess an it will probly coast you over 10 gs to get all the mods you'll need to run with the 5.0 when you can just get a 5.0 an boost it an have a easy 500+ HP that's what I would do tho... Or drop a 351w an go carbed haha

The only way your going to even touch a 5.0 is with FI or Nitrous. Full bolt ons and gears with a tuner and suspension you MIGHT be able to keep at the heels of a 3v

You would need both fi an spray to beat a stock 5.0
