Deciding on a rear spoiler??

Not sure on what spoiler would look best. I just dont like the OEM wing. its to boring and old style to me. I'm curious though, the holes from the original wing. Are they used to install the aftermarket spoiler?? Cause if i have to use 3M tape to secure it ill pass on a new one. i trust 3M, i just to like the thought of tape holding a part meant to catch a little wing. These are the 2 spoiler I found to like most.

I too had the pedestal spoiler, which I ditched for the GT500 one. Two new holes had to be drilled, the old holes were plugged, and utilizes 3M tape as well. It looks WAY better in person (I was very iffy at first).

The second spoiler is the Roush spoiler correct? I think it looks okay, but the GT500 spoiler looks way cleaner IMO.

Ok so to knew holes, plug the old, and 3M for extra support.. No big deal. I just don't want it to be like a exterior mold and 3M is the only fastener. But I actually liked the GT500 better also anyways. Is the 3M tape visible at all on yours. And yes the second one is a Roush. I'm not sure if I find the ducktail admiring at all. I saw one the other day while i was cruisin and I didn't see it good or for long. But I wasn't impressed in that short glance. I think that says enough for me..... Appreciate your opinion

No, the 3M tape is not visible on mine, unless you pop the trunk and stare at the underside like you're staring at a girl with a nice... haha.

No problem man.

I prefered the Gt 500 myself and ended up going with that one.

I remember 1.5 years ago before I got my pony, there was a Torch Red GT in my area with it and I always found the spoiler interesting. Then, I met a buddy with it and I just couldn't get myself to like the 'fins' that are attached to the 1/4 panels, especially if you look at it from the front or sides. I really admire the look from the back though.

Overall, I think the GT500 is more clean, and more Ford (obviously), and that fact there just gives me satisfaction. I really don't know why (loyalty to Ford maybe? haha).

That was my problem was the part on the quarter panels. I do agreed the GT500 wing is more for my style.

Appreciate the comments. I think I might have a decision.
