Hi dan, thanks for the reply and they told me that i should be fine with the tune i have, they said i dont need to change it. I actually called twice and same answer. But i thought your suppose to call while your building your mod specially when im going for dual exhaust from a single. If it doesnt need to change then i am fine with it, i just hope i got the right answer.

If you're just changing to a true dual system, you won't need a re-tune. We can list it on your tune information just so its there, but there's no real calibration changes for that set up!

Awesome! Dual's on our 6'ers (for the money) I'd say is COMPLETELY worth the expense. Probably the best $900 I spent on my Mustang so far (and I've spent almost all the way up to $9000...).

Wowww... Thats a lot of g's right there.. Next stop is gears but not sure if its really worth it, and oh by the way i only spent 400 with the dual set up with everything. Got it from lou's custom exhaust in stoughton, its an 1 1/2 drive to get there but its worth the savings. I got 850 quote from other shops..

I heard gears on our 6'ers are worth it as well... Even read something ab better fuel economy too?

$850? Damn. Here in LA $500 was the norm, except I went with FRPP true dual's which was $780 with $150 installation. How's your setup sound?

If you're considering gears and making your 6banger a lot faster (maybe even FI) I'd invest in a 8.8" rear end. It can handle more power and comes with 3.73 gears and a t-lok differential. All depends on what you want out of the car though

That last statement is very true... I don't plan on track'ing my car, so I think I'm going to just settle with my duals, CAI, and tune.

I see that abbreviation "FI" a lot on these boards... What exactly does that mean (sorry if I ask too many questions, haha)?

Forced induction (superchargers or turbochargers) I'm gonna get my sixxer turboed eventually and turn some heads

It sounds great and not abnoxiously annoying, it just has that deep sound and when umyou accelerate, it brings that deep sound i like it.. For some reason it seems like i dont have to push the gas pedal hard it just goes right away..

Nitrous usually falls into that category also, it's a power adder so people usually classify it as FI.
