Interior Panel Removal Help

Hey guys, I'm having a hard time trying to pry a panel off so that I can install my new weatherstripping that I got. I need to just loosen the panel right underneath the seatbelt harness. The weather stripping that I got goes above the window and seals the door

Looks like you might have to loosen some bolts from that pic you have. I got a convertible a little different

Thanks. I just don't know where there could be bolts to get it off. All the other panels seem to pop in and out

I had a car once that you had to take the seat belt bolt off on the frame on the floor just to get that panel off. Maybe there? Also that latch look like it connect to that door stopper connected to that panel.
