Looking for drive train

Just now beginning a search for parts for putting the body of a 1947 Ford Pickup on a Mustang chassis:
•complete running gear
•motor/trans
•wheel mounting

In the state of Montana would be a plus.

Why? Why NOT?

My brother gave me the '47 pickup and my husband and I would like to restore the body and interior (including air conditioning). The flathead won't allow that. A Mustang chassis seems like a good fit for numerous reasons, and they are available out there. Now just to find one with everything we need...

Might want to consider a modular Explorer chassis as well.
