No company makes a TT kit for our 4.0. You would have to make one yourself. I don't think it would be worth it at all. By the time you spend all that money you might as well just buy a 5.0.
I wouldn't of bought a v6 if I didn't want a v6, I don't want a v8 or I would have got one if I wanted to be told that I should get a v8 I would look at every other post on here but if your just gonna tell someone to buy a v8 then you sir are lazy
There isn't a need for a twin turbo - although it does look good. I've seen a couple, all cusom fabricated.
The Powerhouse single will get you into the low 11's, with no noticeable turbo lag, and on the stock engine. The 4.0 is really strong and there isn't a need to go forged. Upgrade the valve springs is alk you really should do.
I would say get a powerhouse single turbo if you want a turbo. If you want a supercharger or single turbo, go right ahead. I was gonna get the powerhouse too, I just decided I'm gonna buy a 5.0 instead. I was just saying a TT wouldn't be worth it in my opinion. There's a couple TT V6's on YouTube so you can look those up if you want. I think they are the 99-04 ones though if I remember right, it would still give you a good idea though.
well I have a 2009 v6 4.0 for a reason as well I am looking for a twin turbo kit for my stang it does have alot of potential with any mods out ther and still better gas mileage than the high power mustangs out there I do know this exist because its all on YouTube a 4.0 2009 mustang with twin turbo vs a 2013 gt500 and the v6 won.
Squire is another company that also makes a twin turbo kit sts rear mount for a 4.0 v6 mustang. They just got a hold of me today and i think i am going to go for it
