Long tube headers question

So I have the FRPP dual exhaust conversion on my '06 4.0 and it has an H pipe right now with stock headers. I want these: PaceSetter Black Mustang Long Tube Headers (05-10 V6) 70-3236 - Free Shipping!, but don't know if they'll fit with my setup. I know the midpipe will have to be replaced and have the cats taken off, but I don't know if this can be done with my H pipe. Any suggestions?
