Advice?

Tomorrow I'm going to look at a used procharger for sale. It has about 10k miles on it and nothing is wrong with it according to the guy selling it. The person I am buying it from took it off his V6 when he bought a GT. He is selling it for $1,000 so I'm a little nervous with it being so cheap. Here is the link to it ProCharger P-1SC Kit. He said there are no cracks and that there is nothing wrong with it. Is there anything I should look at specifically? Also, do I need to get a tune before I start my car up? Am I going to have to buy a bama tune just so I can drive it to a place for a custom tune?

You're definitely going to need a tune to fire the car up. Most shops have whats caused a starter file, that will get you to the shop so they can strap it on the dyno! You're going to need a device to get the tune to the car, unless the shop comes out and direct flashes your car.

Please let me know if you have any questions or need some assistance in the near future! Our Bama Performance tuning specialists are here in the building Monday-Friday from 9AM-5:30PM EST and Saturday 9AM-5:30PM EST. You can hit them up directly at 888.226.9764 and they'll get you squared away!
