stepper motors on instrument cluster

i replaced all four stepper motors on my 2005 instrument cluster and the needles are not moving nor working. I followed the video, checked the fuses and there is power going to the cluster. My idiot lights work. I wonder if I somehow damaged the curcuit board? Any suggestions on why the needles are not moving...Even the tach stays at zero....THANks
