HELP!! Spark plugs

I replaced my spark plugs today, I got NGK plugs and replaced my old ones. Everything worked out fine! Put everything back together accordingly. All the wires to the right plug and started it up and now it's missing and we've re-checked everything and can't figure out what could possibly be wrong

Did you check the plug gap? Then make sure that the boot clicked down in place on each plug. Some are pretty difficult to tell that you have the wire seated.

When you put the new plugs in did you put them in by hand first, or did you try to use a socket? If you don't get them started by hand first you can easily cross thread the plug and break it (and destroy the threads in the head).

+1 on cross threading the head. The one downside of aluminum heads. You need to be very careful and take your time. Been there done that.

How can you tell if the thread has been crossed? I did this exact same to my engine and its missing now too. Double checked everything as well can't figure out what's going on.
