Installed One-Touch Conv't, now passenger window doesn't work

So I bought the One-Touch Convertible Top module from AM and installed it a couple of week ago. Since the install the, when you auto-up the passanger-side window it goes all the way up then "drops" down about 2-3 inches.

After weeks of trying to figure it out, I can't figure out the problem. >.<

Called AM, they don't know either.

Anyone experience this problem before?

Is the door closed and latched all the way? The windows drop just a bit when you open the doors.

I would uninstall the module and if the window works fine back at the stock settings I would think you have a bad module.

Yup the door is closed all the way. AM said it might be faulty wiring from the installation. I'm going to get it checked out again this week.
