alignment specs problem?

So I have an 08 with 61k miles. At 50k miles I replaced my ball joint sway bar links and tie rods. While I was doing this I went and bought bilstein hd shocks and put them on and got my aligment. Since then my steering wheel has had a shimy at 70 mph. I have gotten it aligned 4 times and still no better. Does anyone know it If need different specs with the new shocks and struts or if factory works and I just need to get it done somewhere else???

Sure your tires are balanced? Checked the tread on the tires?

What tires are you running?

Have you tried on the car balancing?
