Exhaust

I have dual exhaust that consists of stock cats a pypes x pipe and pypes pypebombs. I was wondering what I can do to my car to make the exhaust have a deeper sound.

Anyway to do this without modifying exhaust? Everything's welded and I don't feel like cutting and rewelding everything

You can use some cutouts on your exhaust If you buy electric ones, you'll have the deep sound only when you want it. i have one on my 4.0 and it's awesome

How easy is the install? And how loud does it get when you open it up?

Well, i asked my mechanic to do it, there was some cuting and welding to do. The rest of the wiring i did it myself. I put it right on the y pipe and it is loud! But the engine sounds good but you should know that it is louder than most sports exhausts depending on where you put it. Also you have a switch so when you get bored of the loudness, you don't have to crawl under the car to put a plate on it like they used to in the 70 and on the boss 302. So it's great fun, but quite loud and you need a mechanic for some tasks. Still, after i got used to it, i love it

Hmm, so you can put it on different places? Thats interesting. I'm just thinking itd be nice to let it open on the highway, get pulled over, close it off and ask the cop what the hell he's talking about. Lol
