How Hard Do You Ride?

I'm just curious...how hard do you guys ride your ride?

I'm wondering if I'm riding my ride too hard and want some input as-to how much our cars can take? Generally when I drive I'll have 2-3 hard launches (within the speed limit obv) and when on the highway I'll push it a little too. All legal of course.

So?

Sounds about average of any car...I wouldn't worry about that being rough.

Another question then. At cruising speed (100-120kph) where should the Rpms be? And, how high should I let it go when launching etc? What's considered 'dangerous'.
