Strut Brace Question

Will the factory strut brace from a 2011-2013 GT fit my V6? It's the factory brace with the "Mustang GT" plaque riveted on the center. I have a chance to pick one up for $60, but don't want to get it then find it won't fit. Thanks guys, Michael.

Yeah the 4.0 v6 intake manifold sits almost as high as the boss manifold
