Power shifting

Okay everyone how bad of an idea is it to power shift in our v6's? I know we have the same tranny as the GT so I thought maybe it could handle the stress. What are your guys opinions?

about as safe as it is to do so with any car. your just murdering the tranny. if you only do it every once inna blue moon it should be fine. but ramming it through the gears all the time will surely kill it real quick.

Hard to say.. In my 5.0 with the t-5 I would power shift on a regular basis for years and never had problems.. I wasn't nessicarly slamming into gears but shifting with the clutch.. No problems after 5+ years..
