Hood shaking???

Hello,

Ever since I wouldn't my car I have noticed a seemingly unusual shaking on my hood. It always shakes at highway speeds. It's not in a "dangerous or concerning" way, but enough I wanted to see if this happens on your stangs?

Thank you,

Aventador97

Check the latch and make sure it's not bent up. If it's not that make sure the hinges are all clean. That should resolve it

Okay, I will make sure. Last time I checked there were no issues, except the left side where the hood clicks in the latch was a tad bit out of shape. However I adjusted it to be tighter.

It happens a lot if you show your car. Opening and closing can sometimes knock the latch loose or bend it up. Thankfully it's not that big of a deal it's just a pain in the ***

If it's the corners of your hood that are wiggling about at speed, look at adjusting your hood bumpers. All you do is turn them clockwise/ counter-clockwise to adjust them.

Thanks, that's what I've done to tighten them
