Explorer/Sport Trac Intake

Anybody ever see an explorer/sport trac intake manifold on our mustangs? The design looks to be superior and is reminiscent of a 5.0 cobra intake

Yeah, to me there looks to be a lot more plenum volume compared to our intakes

There's a few complications. The EGR tube would need to be extended and the mechanical throttle body parts removed from the intake. And also relocation of the coil pack and extensions to any hoses and wires if necessary. All would have to be custom, along with the tune because I talked to Bama today and they said they couldn't write a tune for it due to lack of testing and info.

If I find one for cheap then I'm gona seriously consider tinkering with it to get it to work. I mean it looks way better than the mustang intake and the plenum volume looks larger but I need to check that as well.
