V6 exhaust question

Does anyone know the size piping the v6 use for there exhaust. Like the size in diameter?

The down tubes from the cats are 2.25", then a step clamp to the Y pipe goes to 2.5" the rest of the way back. So it isn't 2.5" the whole way.

After the cats it is 2.25" until the Y pipe connection. It transitions there to 2.5"

Just after the cats it may be 2.5 but just after the x/h hybrid section is the over the axle pipes (the pipe that leads from the x/h to the mufflers) and they are 2.25" .

AJCruz, you are thinking of the 2011+

On the 2005-10 cars the over axle pipes are the same as the GT for that year and are 2.5". To go dual you just splice in the H or X pipe after cutting out the 2.5" Y add a driver side pipe from the GT, and put on the dual mufflers.
