Water in the car

Hey guys and gals, I noticed after the heavy rain yesterday a lot of water splashing in the quater panel of my convertible, any ideas on how I could drain that? I don't want my car to start rusting lol thanks!

I've had the same problem i see there's like a drain tube but but water still pools. In the past I've taken a towel and just soaked it up like that. Poor engineering on Fords behalf if you ask me.

I've had this problem before and the way I fixed it was I put the top down and used a wet/dry vac to vacuum out the drain plugs.
