Ok, somebody please tell me they can explain this to me. Back in November, I had my trans out and replaced the front pump. When I pulled the old front pump out, I got quite a bit of fluid that came out too. So I poured some fluid in while I had the pump off. Now, I have my car up in the air and it's level, I just went to check the fluid level (my car has been making this funny noise (in the attached video) and I thought maybe it was due to low transmission fluid). When I pulled out the center plug (not the whole drain plug), transmission fluid just started pouring out. And when I say pouring out I mean POURING. It didn't stop until I pushed the plug back in. The transmission was warm (it had been driven just a little bit before), so the fluid should have circulated. Is there something wrong or did I just really overfill it when I had it apart, or... Please help guys, this is my only means of transport and I really need to get it right.
