Tranny problems

Well I have had tranny problems for awhile and I thought at first it was the servo bore problem. I messaged the guy and he said he didn't think it was or I have two issues. My car won't shift into second third or od. After it runs awhile it will start harsh shifting which I thought made sense because the tranny is warming up. But all I have to do is turn my car off and fire it right back up and it will smoothly shift from 1 to 4 again. I just have no clue, any ideas?

Is it throwing the check engine or wrench?

Still no explanation thought. Weird how it all happened at once and it happened right when I fired her up in the morning

Tranny problems

It's the servo bore/overdrive band problem....same thing happened to me. Get that thing in the shop ASAP so at least maybe they can still salvage your tranny before it completely cooks itself like mine did then you gotta get a whole new one

Yeah I really thought it was that but I talked to the guy who makes the repair thing and he said since it was 2 3 and 5 it couldn't be that

Those are the gears that go out when that happens though. The Ford TSB says it. And my tranny first lost 5th, then 3rd, then 2nd gear.

Yes but the intermediate bore is 3rd gear then overdrive is 2nd and 5th. They don't all go out at once is what I was told

One was about the tcc and the other three were incorrect gear ratio for the gears that went
