Tuner, cai, exhaust, then all other bolt ons. But your order should be 1.tuner
2.cai
3.exhaust

Huge difference. I run premium 93 octane race tune. Definetly noticeable gains. Immediately. Only thing I'm missing is exhaust. Can't wait to open her up to breath

Headers X pipe and true dual exhaust. As far as brands I haven't really decided yet. Any suggestions?

Meanest sound you'll get on the 4.0 is from the Pypes mid-muffler catback or from a Borla system.

And honestly though exhaust should be first on these 4.0 because a single exhaust is embarrassing to me personally and especially one that about as weak as a Focus

It's just a tuner from AM or other sites. I suggest AM, I have the bama sct/sf3 tuner and it's basically a little handheld computer you plug up to your car and it tunes your ECU. The tunes are written by bama. When you buy the tuner online, you fill out a form of what mods you have on your car and they write tunes specifically for your car. Best thing about it is it's a DTC code reader as well so is your car is having problems you can hook it up and read the codes off it

Yes the fender will be shaved down, brackets are different, need a different hood, including actually getting the bumper/grille/headlights. Quite the project

Congrats! I love my S197.

I would go with some Cali Special body pieces like the side and hood scoops.
