Idling problem

My mustang has been Idling very weird lately. It is a manual, and when I'm coming to stop, or if I just want to roll, I would usually just put it in neutral and let off the clutch. Not anymore. When I let off the clutch and my car isn't in gear , the idle Roma kinda surge up to about 1500 or sometimes even 2200. So now when I'm coming to a stop I have to hold the clutch in to keep it from doing that. I have already cleaned the throttle body and MAF sensor and I also replaced the tps and reset the computers and followed a retrain guide I found on some other forum I found through Google. Can anyone please help me with this?

No, but when I ran a bama tune it went away. It must be a computer issue

My car does that sometimes when I don't give it time to warm up? I do plan on getting a tuner soon so if it worked for you hopefully it will work for me too!

Mine (a 2005) does the same thing even with the Bama tune. Can't figure it out but doesn't seem to be anything more than an annoyance so I'm just living with it.
