I absolutely have no clue how much I am pushing at the tires. When people ask me, I dont know what to tell them.
Any ideas?

Mods include:

Cai
70mm throttle body

Automatic trans? ~195 rwhp, ~220 rwtq. Complete guestimate if you want real numbers put it on a dyno

Cars lose hp in the drive train, or in other words, the engine produces hp which is then transferred through your drivetrain to your wheels. There is a loss of hp in that transfer and that's what people are referring to when they say rwhp/rwtq. 08mustang has the same bolt on list as you and he puts down like 210 rwhp I think

Most places its like $100 for 3 runs.

$100 isn't getting you any substantial part.

Very generally speaking, 12% loss manual/15% loss auto (just how I personally do guesstimates). Google drivetrain loss for more info.

210 bhp (crank hp) + 20 hp (CAI, tune, dual exhaust - the rest of your mods typically should just yield a smoother curve not increase hp) = 230 bhp x 85% (from crank to rear wheels in auto trans is a 15% loss) = 195.5 rwhp.

Dyno runs are important, especially if running an email tune. Your tune could be poorly written and hindering performance or reliability and you wouldn't know it unless you put it on the dyno or datalogg it.

That's true for the newer models. But before 2010 it's more 15% for manual and 20% for auto.

You're probably right, but I've just started with 12/15% a while ago and kind of use them universally. Like I said, "very generally speaking," and as you know in today's world dyno #'s are never consistent due to all the variables.

Hey Joe

That's a tough one and it really differs from car to car-My personal best recommendation as a few other members are saying would be to track down a local dyno, get her strapped down and make a few pulls!

There you go OP. Proves the point that you shouldn't ask amateur forum posters how fast your car is (talking about myself).
