93 octane?

In short i was told if i put my 06 v6 mustang with a 93 octane performance tune it will damage my cars. But if i have the right gas then that cant be true right?

I've never heard of that and just about a few weeks ago I put 93 octane gas in my 07 v6 with a performance tune and it didn't harm it in any way.

If your car is properly tuned for it then you are going to see an increase in performance.
