So recently my 09 v6 has had trouble starting up. I charge the battery/jump it but it doesn't last. We originally thought we got a bad battery around 3 months ago but that's not the case. Alternator is fine, battery is fine, wiring seems to be in shape. Took it to pep boys(where I had battery installed) and they said there must be an "electrical drain" somewhere.. Any thoughts or ideas on what could be going on?
I know my car wants to die some times and start is quick each time but I'm thinking of making my power wiring to 4 gauge. Better power supply and carry.
Could be an exposed wire. Grounding on something. Engine have high miles ?
