Airaid TB spacer

So I'm installing my throttle body spacer and it fits but now I can't plug in my throttle body on the passenger side. The plug is short by like half an inch. Is there something like a zip tie I can cut to give it a little more room?

I tried plugging it in before I put it on and it wouldn't go on.

How thick is the spacer? My spacer is 1/2 inch. I'd think if you'd follow the line you would find a way to get a little extra length. I personally had no issue installing mine.

I'm not here to ask if the purchase was worth it. But thanks for the useful posts. I am returning it and getting another one. I'm sure I'll be able to find some more room somewhere

I have the same problem with my spacer. As bad as this sounds, you kinda just have to pull on it until you get enough length to work with. I kinda followed the wire and freed it up a little at spots that had some extra length

Maybe If you listen, you may actually get somewhere. Or just stay where you are at. Flushing money down a toilet. Bc you "think" it does something.

Lol lively mustang, as I said before I had the same problem. Not sure where the extra room came from for me. I like my tbs, I don't think it does anything though. Just like the sound

Yeah try it one more time, I can post a pic of how tight the wires are for me which is pretty tight lol. If it is still too tight then you can always return it and buy a new coil pack or a cosmetic mod. I may see if I can get the wires extended

I can tell ya man I had a tb spacer for like a year cause i got it for $30, but I got a 70mm throttle body back in August and chunked the spacer and believe me the spacer wasn't actually doing anything other than a fancy whistling sound.
