2006 mustang V6 tuner?

I'm looking to buy a tuner for my car. I'm just looking for a little more horsepower and torque for pretty cheap. Any good brands, also is there a website I can follow on how to install it?

One more thing, are there any other items that can help with torque and horsepower?
Thanks guys! Im new to this car stuff i just purchased this car as my first car (im 17) and im looking just to add some things on to it.

17 and wanting power not a good combo going to be an expensive hobby.

Americanmuscle.com

That's where I get 99% of my mustang stuff. They have tuners and a lot of other products.

Try a BAMA tuner w/ a CAI from Americanmuscle.com

You do NOT want cheap no name performance mods in your car. Not worth saving the couple bucks you would from an generic eBay model only to hurt your engine and lead to problems down the road.

if you want a little more HP, you might wanna try a performance cold air intake. it's not much, but you can get a decent one for $100-$200.

I dont want crazy power because im kind if a more looks guy. I just like a little speed you know. 😈 but im not going to get s turbo or anything. All I really want performance wise is the tuner. And exhaust if thst gives a little horsepower boost. But thats it. Ive competed all cosmetics.

Hey Steve - Welcome to Mevo! Good question here and I'm happy to help! If you're looking to add a little more pep in your Pony's step I would definitely recommend taking a look at something like the JLT Series 3 CAI and Bama X4 Tuner

I've had the pleasure of running Bama Tunes on both of my Mustangs for over 3 1/2 years and they always bring a smile to my face every morning (At least when there's not snow on the ground!)

JLT makes a really solid Cold Air Intake as well and I've test fit their Series 3 on my Bullitt and I've had their Next Gen intake on my '01 as well. The fit and finish and ease of installation was perfect!

If you're looking for a little more information as per what's involved on the tuning side check out this video below and let me know if you have any other questions!
