Suspension Q's

Everyone tells me to upgrade power. Well I'm working on that. But I'm wanting to upgrade my suspension. Looking at the s.r. performance sway bar set off Americanmuscle.com. Anyone have them on their car? And is there really a big difference between different brands? I've read reviews off the site and they lead me to believe that I shouldn't brake the bank and go with the more expensive brands. Any thought guys??

You get what you pay for. I've bought SR parts before and I'm now looking to replace them.

BMR has a new Watts Link and I use their LCA's. Check them out.

What are trying to accomplish now? Better grip or better handling all together?

Hey seanz05shaker -

That's a good one and this is typically how I start any build. The powers always going to be there but if we can't get it down to the ground or have the car stick, that's an issue. I've said it time and time again that the best modification is the driver but aftermarket parts will help exponentially.

Being an employee here definitely has its perks and aside from getting to drive the project cars I get to install and review parts on my own car. I've run loads of big name brands and for the money you're going to get the same if not better performance with the SR Sway Bar Kit and I stand by their product!

@08Mustang, Im wanting to get better control and stop wheel hop. sway bars and pan hard bar seem to be good places to start from what I've read.

@08Mustang the control arms and lowering springs are gonna be the next thing I put on my ride. I've got to slow down on putting money in the ride for a couple months. So I can refill the money jar. Lol. Thanks for the help stangerz!
