More Comfortable Ride

What's up guys I have a 2006 v6 and to be honest the ride is miserable, its currently on sr lowering springs and i know that doesn't help but do you have any suggestions on how to make my ride more comfortable?

What size are your wheels? More rubber on the rim = smoother ride. You could also go for some new shocks and struts. Performance springs certainly don't help with comfort. But, I mean, it's a muscle car and it's gonna ride like a muscle car.

How many miles are on the car? If it's moderately high, shocks and strut mounts would be a good place to start.

When you put the lowering springs on did you keep the stock bump stops on the rear axle? When I put the Roush springs on my 2006 the ride was really harsh, until I cut the top off each stop. Smoothed it right out after that. The stock bumpers are too tall and you end up hitting them with even small bumps.
