Does anyone have one, and if so does it really work?

Only time it makes a difference is being FI. Where you see most gains

TB. As it would allow more air in (assuming you got a good exhaust to let the increased air out). A TB spacer seems useless imo.

First, we have fuel injection and not a carburetor - where a spacer would actually lengthen the runner because the air and fuel is mixed at the carb.

If moving your throttle body by a half inch did anything for your car -- --- then whey not just use a Pringles can and move it a half a foot and really feel the difference? All the throttle body spacer does is give you a lighter wallet, even with FI. It won't make a difference.

No difference in power or mpg, just a whistle which sounds kinda cool. Driver preference, seems like people like them or hate them and nothing in between

No gains !!!!

Need to make it wider for more air flow ... Save up for a body throttle.. Best bet ...

Whistle sound is from your money being sucked out of your wallet.
