Upper intake plenum

Hey all,

I'm a newb at upgrading. I have a stock 2007 4.0, and I've been doing some research on some mods that won't cause me to take out a second mortgage. So far, I've come up with:

CAI with tuner
Cat-back exhaust and headers
70mm throttle body and plenum
Underdrive pulley

So far, I've found all these items, except for a plenum. NO one seems to carry them for the 4.0. Anyone have some info on this?

Thanks,

Tom

Throttle body is kinda a waste of money, you wont really notice a difference and for the price you pay you can get better parts, spend the extra money on the best exhaust setup longtubes, catted h pipe, and roush catback

Yeah I bought the bbk throttle body, it will only add on at best with a tune about 5hp. If I had known about something like an under belt pulley system, I would have gotten that in stead. It's a lot cheaper.

Did you ever get the underdrive pulley? If so from where?

I found one from RPMOutlet but no idea how it is or anyone getting it from there so I'm hesitant to purchasing it.

Yeah, its a nice HP boost but I can think of some other upgrades I'd do for 300 bucks.
