Burning Brakes

Hey guys I was driving today and I was stopped at a red light and all I could smell was my brakes burning... Also I notice when in neutral without my foot on the brake my car wouldn't roll while on a hill. And when I got out of my car my rear passenger brake was incredibly hot. Does anyone know what this could be and what could be done to fix it? Please help!

caliper slides rusted. remove and free up re-install with plenty of anti-seize.get new slide boots from any good parts house. common problem and usually on right rear caliper

the caliper slides are the rods that let the caliper slide in/out so both brake pads contact the rotor.the slide boots are what keeps water/salt out to prevent corrosion of the slides.if they rust up caliper wont release and pull pads away from rotor, leaving the brakes on
