Sucking Sound

So recently I put a new set of spark plugs in my engine. Now every time I put the car in drive or reverse you hear a thumping suction noise. What it sounds like to me is its coming from a cylinder. The noise sounds like it's suction from a piston. This is because you hear the sound for a short moment like it's combusting and gets quiet and then you hear the sucking again. It's only coming from the right side of the engine (passenger side). I check the gapping on the spark plugs and it seems to always be gapped correctly. No check engine light has come on, I don't know if that's because of the engine tune. I'm assuming if the engine still had a problem, the check engine light would still come on regardless if it has an engine tune or not. Does anybody know what the problem is?

Sucking Sound

Are you sure it's a thumping and sucking sound? 🤔

Unfortunately the sound is still there. I am planning on replacing the distributor wires today, maybe I damaged the power cord so it's not getting full combustion? I took it into ford and they couldn't understand what is wrong. The only thing they could do was use a compression tool to check the cylinders. It's $150 to have them tested. So I am waiting to see if changing the wires will help. If not I will probably have it tested. I don't seem to notice a lack of performance, it just doesn't sound normal.
