Water in floorboard

Why is there water in my floorboard when I park my car in the garage and it hasn't rained in a while.

leaky bladder?

I would pull the cabin air filter and check the drains below it. They get plugged easy.

Yes! They are black rubber plugs that are necessary to keep the water from flooding everything. It scared the crap out of me when water floods my car while in a car wash.
