05 acting jerky - Mustang Evolution

05 acting jerky

Every now and then (about once every month month and a half) when i slow down or come to a complete stop when i reaccelerate the car reves up goes no where and then jerks and barks the tires trans shifts great and car performs perfectly. Its throwing no codes. Any suggestions?

There you go. My car did the exact same thing when I first had my cold air intake. All I know is that after I got my car tuned by bama, it ran like a charm.

Im not sure it was on the car when i bought it. And i dont see a brand name on it.

Im just curious if anyone knows anything about the traction controll on the 05 v6. I believe mine doesnt work. I dont have any lights lit up in my gauge cluster the tsc button does nothing. Ive done the burn out test and the traction light in my dash dosent light up. I cant find any info on the system to start looking into that.

It wont let me add a pic. Do you have a email address i can send one to. Ive changed the filter. The intake is aluminum, the welds are very clean. I know that dont say much but it dont look like a very cheap intake.

I didnt see any that looked identical to the one i have. I just looked again for a brand name and im not seeing one anywhere.

I probably already have the owner's manual but in any case here is what little it says about it. Nothing much except how it's suppose to work.

Well mine is acutally a deluxe i just found out this morn. Its got 4 wheel disk brake with abs and i have the tcs light above my radio and i can see the traction controll light in the dash. So im sure ive got the tsc system.
