Does anyone know of any performance shops for the 2010 V6 mustang or mustang at all near Indianapolis?

Not to be a dick, but I don't think you are going to find a shop anywhere that specializes in mustang v6 4.0 performance. That would go out of business pretty quick if I had to guess.

What are you trying to get done?

Super six motorsports specializes in 6 cylinder mustangs and chevy. They have been in business for quite some time.

Only way you are getting that number with that money is nitrous.

Yes you can, just tune for it properly and get a window switch. Spraying too low in the RPM will kill the engine. BUT, nitrous is really a track only power adder. You can't drive around with it armed all the time, solenoids wear out and the price if nitrous will kill your budget ( last time I used it the price was $4.25 a pound and a 10 lb bottle would be good for maybe 10 passes at the track).

If you keep an eye out you can find a used super charger in your budget. An Xcharger Xtreme just sold on another forum for $900 and that would have put you in the neighborhood of your power goal.

Was trying to be nice and let him get from point A to point B on the fact that $3000 from stock to 350hp all motor with a 4.0 is not happening regardless.

I'd take the $3k and sell the 2010 V6 and turn around and get right back into a 2011+ V6. That'll get him is 300hp with minor bolt ons and better gas mileage AND it won't cost a ton.

Agreed. The difference between the years is phenomenal. Plus I'm pretty sure 2011 is when they started doing stock dual exhaust but I could be wrong. That'll save you a buck or two.

it costs big time, about double plus of your wallet you can add a x charger from explorerexpress, cams and pistons built engines can only be had from supersix motor sports

Save the 3 grand, trade your car in for a 2012 V6 which can be had now for 12k. You'll save money on the dual exhaust, CAI (the 11+ actually have a stock CAI) and get the 8.8 standard with 31 spline axles.
***Edit***

I'll do some math for you:
Trade in on your car according to KBB is anywhere between 8k-10k if in decent condition. Used 2012 v6 stangs are selling for around 11-14k depending on mileage, options and location. If you have more cash to spend or are willing to take a loan I would trade towards a 2013 as it received the last S197 face lift. The price of 11& up stangs has CRASHED recently since all the rentals are coming off fleet duty and flooding the market. If you were going to do this, now would be the time, until the glut works its way out and prices stabilize. Plus, upgrading to a 3.7 will open the door to many more mods since people are actively making new things for this engine all the time.

en-fact they are the only company with internal engine parts for the ford 3.7 and 4.0 and gm 4.3 v6's
they have a locked deal with wesco and comp cams for custom forged pistons and custom reground cams such as in my 07/4.0, i have well over 10k just in my motor with the xcharger . another 2 in the custom geared tremec done by gforce tranies. plus a 3.73 8.8 LS rear i lucked out on getting it from newtakeoff when they had them
as to trading up i agree with the others go for a 12 or 13 v6 as the 11's had some major mt82 issues with the trans having corners cut on specs in china
