Raxiom smocked or black projector headlights

Hi everyone, after a front end crash over the winter I'm looking to upgrade my headlights. I was looking into the raxiom smocked projected headlights but Iv read some reviews on how they are not very bright at night. I then looked at just the black projectors but not sure about them either. I love the smocked look on the headlights but don't want to waste money if they are not going to be efficient. Any thoughts?

Yeah I'm in MA and the cruise sounds awesome I do love that stretch of road. If I can get my car fixed up before then I will surly join but money is tight and I can't go through insurance. Still need to replace hood, front bumper, headlights. And get radiator support pulled. It's driving me crazy to drive around like this.

front lights

I had the clear 2010 and now I run the smoked 2010 style. If light is the question, depending on how much you drive at night, then go with the clear. Projector give a flat top light but are no where near as bright as my 20i3 Escape HIDs.

Yeah unfortunately I tend to drive a lot during the day and at night. I love the look and I know it won't be the same as the stock or HIDs, but I don't want to not be safe just for looks either.

You're going to want to go with the black projectors. The housing is black but the lens is still clear so you won't lose any light output
