I want to lower it 1.5in ...Im trying to get some niche milan wheels but should I get the 20in or the 18in and any suggestions on the color I should powder coat the rims?...

18 inch works great. I have some 18 inch GT/CS wheels with 1 inch spacers, 255/45/18 tires and lowered it 1.5 inch. Very happy with the look.
