I haven't but been curious about it. Is there a particular reason you want to replace it?

I've done one a while back. Got the balancer from rockauto, and I don't remember where I rented the tool. I need to remember because now I have to do the one in my 99.

The harmonic balance removal tool is not expensive, and once you have it in your hand it is almost self explanatory.

All you are doing is prying the balancer off using a few bolts and the power of the threaded tool.
