Talking A/C issues when battery died!

1) My battery died and my A/C started blowing from the defrost vents. I have removed fuses 10 and 12 to try a reset but that did not work. I do believe it requires some sort of reset as my drivers window required a reset. The window reset worked perfectly.
2) Prior to this A/C issue my passenger side A/C blows cooler than the drivers side.

Any suggestions?
3) Does anyone know if the 2006 Mustang V6 has an A/C filter? If so, I'm def sure mine needs a replacement.
Thanks, Janice 2006 Mustang 128,500 miles

The blend door is not working and is stuck. Check behind the glove box.
