On my v6 2011 mustang i put eibach springs to lower it. The ride isnt the best anymore so i was wondering if i put some shocks would the ride be nicer and if so what shocks would i run?

i doubt it will help much, those springs probably are not much stiffer than stock, about all you might could do is get shorter shocks in case yours are currently compressed to much while driving~ but I dont think that will help.

Find out the rate of your stock springs vs your current ones, see how different they are.

Should have done FRPP springs. They are very comfortable with stock dampers.
