Axle-backs now...X pipe and more later?

Hey guys and gals,

I was curious about what's involved with moving from axle-backs to a full X pipe setup later. I know that aftermarket cat-backs supposedly replace that harder bend over the axle; so, do you just get a muffler shop to bend custom pipes for you to connect your new X pipe to axle-backs? And how much would something like that cost (X pipe, connecting pipes, and labor)? I feel comfortable switching stock to axle-backs, but without a lift, I don't know how you could do the rest yourself.

You can get a direct bolt in X pipe. Also kinda a waste to replace the over axel pipes.

I thought there was some talk about a hard bend in those pipes that made aftermarket pipes flow more freely?
