FRPP sport exhaust

I'm seriously considering buying these axle backs for my V6 off americanmuscle.com.
Anyone have experience with them?
Opinions?

Re: FRPP sport exhaust

Unfortunately, I haven't seen (heard) them in person, but everything I've read and heard from those who have them is excellent. When I can afford it, I will be getting either those or the Borla (not sure which of the 3).

According to owners, they are the deepest of any axle-backs for our V6s.

Fordfan100, is there a lot of popping noise on the revs down after hard acceleration? I've heard on some vids a lot of popping noise, I don't mind it but not excessive amounts. Is it very deep sounding too? How is the idle?

I have not noticed the popping but I have an automatic. Idle has a nice deep growl. Really loud note when accelerating as well.

You cannot always go by videos. You can get distortions in sound quality. Best thing you can do is hear them in person.

Thanks for the info fordfan100!
How was the install? Did you encounter any problems? Did the parts fit correctly?

Re: FRPP sport exhaust

I had no problems installing them they are made by Ford so the hangers and factory mounts didn't need any modification. If you get you will love them.
